摘要
针对正余弦编码器产生的信号存在偏差导致测量不够精确的问题,分析了含有直流偏置、幅值偏差、相位偏差时,构造的正切函数的相位变化情况,通过计算及仿真求得了变化的最大值;分析计算了偏差对测量角度的影响,以此确定具有最大影响的偏差;提出了相应的偏差补偿方法以减少测量结果的误差。采用Matlab软件计算对比了补偿前、后的测量结果,验证了补偿算法的有效性。
Errors of the signals from SIN/COS encoder can cause inaccurate measurement results.The changes of tangent function phases under the influence of three kinds of noises was analyzed,and the maximum phase changes have been found through calculation and simulation.The effect of noises to the angular measure was analyzed to determine the noise which has the maximum influence on the subdivision.The compensatory algorithms were proposed to eliminate errors in measurement results.Matlab software was applied to simulate the influence on the subdivision and to compare the measurement results between the compensatory algorithms was used or not.The simulations show that the compensatory algorithms are useful to eliminate errors.
