摘要
基于行星齿轮机构的分流特性,在液力机械自动变速器的基础上,提出一套混合动力汽车动力传动系统,分析了该系统的各种工作模式,用SimulationX软件建立了整车仿真模型,并进行了整车动力性和经济性的仿真分析。结果表明:车辆0~100 km.h-1加速时间为9.89 s;在EUDC和ECE15工况下的等效百公里油耗不大于5.24 L;所建立的混合动力传动系统具有良好的加速性和燃油经济性。
Based on automatic transmission(AT) and flow-diversion characteristics of planetary gear mechanism,a type of hybrid transmission system of hybrid car was designed.Different operation modes of the hybrid transmission system were analyzed.A whole-car simulation model of the system was built by SimulationX,and the acceleration performance and fuel economy were studied.The results show that the acceleration time of the car is 9.89 s from 0 km·h-1 to 100 km·h-1.Fuel consumption does not exceed 5.24 L under EUDC case and ECE15 case.The hybrid transmission system in this paper has good acceleration performance and fuel economy.
