摘要
恒功率变量泵能保证工程机械工作过程中充分吸收发动机的输出功率。为深入研究变量泵的变量动态特性,分析并建立了恒功率变量泵的关键部件数学模型,并用液压仿真软件AMESIM构建了仿真模型。将实测压力数据作为模型的负载输入,反向验证了所建模型的正确性,分析了变量泵进入恒功率调节区域后主泵压力、变量弹簧预紧力、单双测量弹簧、极限载荷控制压力等参数变化对变量泵动态特性的影响。仿真结果表明,该模型能够满足变量泵的动态特性分析要求。
Using constant power variable pump in construction machinery can ensure the device absorbs power of motor sufficiently.In order to study dynamic characteristics of the variable pump deeply,the mathematic models and AMESIM simulation models of key components of constant power variable pump was analyzed and constructed.Then took the measured pump pressure data as load input of the model,the accuracy of AMESIM model was verified by the reversing verification method.The influence of parameters such as pump pressure,pre-tightening force of variable spring,number of measure spring and control pressure of limit load on dynamic characteristics was analyzed.The simulation results showed that this model can meet needs of dynamic characteristic analysis of variable pump.
