摘要
介绍了一种液压恒功率自适应控制系统的组成及工作原理。该系统采用了液压伺服调排量装置,配以恒功率阀,使液压马达实现了转速随扭矩的变化而自动调节,系统实现了恒功率控制。提高了执行元件的功率利用率和工作时效。
The composition and working principle of a constant power adaptive control hydraulic system was introduced in this paper.Adopting a hydraulic servo regulation displacement equipment and constant power valves,the speed of hydraulic motor could adjust to the change of torque.In this way,the system achieved the function of constant power control.The power utilization and work efficiency of actuators were improved.
