摘要
针对复杂系统设计优化的需求,建立AMES im与VB的联合仿真平台,并应用于某型液压柱塞泵设计分析中。介绍平台的架构、功能及仿真分析流程;对柱塞泵的结构和模型进行描述;在此平台上,对柱塞泵进行仿真分析。结果表明:该平台充分利用AMES im易于建立工程实体模型和VB面向用户的特点,既能够实现AMES im与VB的高效联合仿真分析,又具有相当的灵活性,有助于将工程设计人员从繁琐的模型编辑工作中解脱出来,关注系统本身的试验设计、仿真分析工作,为优化设计提供便利。
Based on the design optimization requirements of the complex system,a joint simulation platform of AMESim and VB was presented,which was used in a piston pump design.The framework,function and simulation processes of the platform were introduced.The structure and simulation model of the pump were described.The simulation of the pump were done in this platform.The results show that the platform integrates the advantages of both AMESim and VB,and has high efficiency and flexibility.These features makes it can help engineers relax from the model editing work,and focus their attention on the design of experiment,simulation and design optimization.
