摘要
研究了高相液相色谱测定碘盐,碘化物,该方法快速、方便,且样品准备简单,样品要求量少,检出线性范围宽,其结果证明该方法重现性好,准确度高。
Determination of iodine and iodide with High Performance Liquid Chromatography（HPLC） was studied.The method was rapid,convenient and simple sample preparation.The quantity of the sample was less.And it had wide linear range of detection.The result showed this method was accurate and reproducible.
