摘要
对当前国际职教师资培训从培训模式、培训内容、培训管理、质量保证四个方面进行归类整理,并且对每个方面都进行了分类比较,力图通过比较的方法揭示职业教育教师培训的一些普遍规律,获得发展我国职业教育师资培训体系、提升我国职业教育水平的一些思路。
The paper,based on the present international vocational education background,classifies the international teacher training systems in four aspects——training patterns,training content,training management,and quality guarantees,trying to find a universal law by classification and comparison so as to provide some good training ideas for the improvement of China＇s teacher training of vocational education.
