摘要
遵循完整性、先进性和开放性的系统开发原则,系统采用VS.NET开发平台,利用微软最新的Silverlight技术以及其核心的DeepZoom图像处理技术,以电子海图为基础,设计实现了全新的海洋环境监测信息平台。该系统已成功应用于南通市海洋与渔业信息系统中,实际应用表明该系统运行稳定可靠,在行业中具有较好的应用推广价值。
Following the system development principles of integrity,advancement and openness,a novel information platform for monitoring marine environment was designed in this paper. This platform is based on electronic sea map and adopts systematically the VS. NET development platform,and uses the up-to-date Microsoft Silverlight technology as well as its core Deep Zoom image processing technology. The system has been successfully applied to Marine and Fisheries Information System of Nantong City. The practical application showed that the system is stable and reliable in operation,and is valuable to be popularized and applied in industry.
