摘要
目的 探讨跟骨关节内骨折利用切开复位钢板和撬拔复位空心拉力螺钉内固定的治疗效果.方法 选取2006年1月至2009年10月我院进行手术治疗的98例跟骨关节内骨折患者,并将其随机分为切开复位钢板内固定组（观察组）49例和撬拔复位空心拉力螺钉内固定组（对照组）49例,并比较两组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生率及患者的满意率.结果 两组患者经随访12～36个月,平均（15±2）个月,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,并发症则低于对照组,患者的满意率也明显高于对照组,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义结论采用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗跟骨关节内骨折效果佳,患者满意率高,值得基层医院大力推广应用.
Objective To discuss the treatment effects on the open reduction steel and percutaneous reduction by leverage hollow pull screw internal fixation treatment for the calcaneus intrinsic articulation fracture. Methods 98 cases who had surgical therapy in our hospital from January2006 to October 2010 sufferered with calcaneus intrinsic articulation fracture were chosen, , and ramdomly divided into open reduction steel internal fixation group（observation group, 49 cases ） and percutaneous reduction by leverage hollow pull screw internal fixation group（control group, 49 cases）, and compared the treatment effects,complication rate and the sufferers of the satisfaction rate in two groups. Results Sufferers in two groups all got the follow-up visit for 12 to 36 months, the average was 15±2 ）months .The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the complication was lower than the control group, and the sufferers of the satisfaction rate was higher than the control group, too. There was statistical significant difference in them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The calcaneus intrinsic articulation fracture by open reduction steel internal fixation has good effect, the satisfaction rate of patients is high, and worth the primary hospital clinical to vigorously promoted application.
