摘要
利用ANSYS软件,对QDFM-125型超声波封尾机改进前后的变幅杆进行了模态分析,得到了两变幅杆各阶振动模态和纵向振动的固有频率值分别为11和20 kHz。改进后的变幅杆在工作频率附近能够产生共振,超声能量传递损耗得到降低,焊接效率得到提高。
Modal analysis was made with software ANSYS on the original and improved amplitude transformer of QDFM-125 ultrasonic tube sealing machine with,and the natural frequency of each order of vibration mode and longitudinal vibration mode of two amplitude transformers was respectively are 11 kHz and 20 kHz.The improved amplitude transformer can produce resonance near the working frequency,the loss in transmission of ultrasonic energy is reduced and the welding efficiency is improved.
