摘要 为了修改煤粉燃烧的计算模型,就必须深入理解Fluent软件模拟计算煤粉燃烧的机理及其燃烧模型实现的方式。在详细说明煤粉单个颗粒燃烧每一步过程的含义和切换的条件后,通过自编用户自定义函数(UDF)深入研究了煤粉燃烧模型中颗粒跟踪数计算的方法、过程之间的切换、过程与规则之间的关系、颗粒生命周期内最多调用自定义规则的数目以及过程规则的调用机理,并用示意图的方式加以说明。通过研究可以深入掌握Fluent软件模拟计算煤粉燃烧的机理及其燃烧模型实现的方式,从而为重写煤粉燃烧模型提供了基础。 In-depth knowledge of the mechanism and model realization approach of pulverized coal combustion simulation and calculation with FLUENT is required for modification of calculation model of pulverized coal combustion.This paper elaborates the implication and switching conditions for every step of combustion of a single particle,performs the study on the method of calculating the number of particles for tracking with User Defined Function(UDF),switching between processes,relationship between process and rules,maximum transfer number of user-defined rules in particle life cycle and the transfer mechanism of process rules.The study is illustrated clearly with the schematic diagram.The indepth knowledge can be obtained as to mechanism and model realization approach of pulverized coal combustion simulation and calculation with FLUENT based on the research result so that it can provide basis for rebuilding the pulverized coal combustion model.
