摘要
通过分析南水北调中线附近地下水库调蓄条件,太行山前平原具有可观的调蓄库容。利用地下水库的调蓄,实现引江水的均匀供给;跨区域调配引江水量,提高受水区,特别是东部地区枯水年的供水保证率。最终实现水资源优化配置。
Through the analysis of the storage conditions of underground reservoirs near the middle line of South-to-North Water Diversion, we have thought the piedmont plain of the Taihang Mountains has considerable storage capacity. By regulating storage capacity of underground reservoirs we can achieve the homogeneous supply of river water; divert river water interregional to increase the water supply guarantee rate of intake area, especially for the eastern areas in low-flow years. Finally we can realize the optimal allocation of water resources.
