基于低谷填入法的插电式混合动力汽车集中充电策略 被引量:12

Centralized charging strategies for PHEV based on filling-in at valley method

摘要 近年来,插电式混合动力汽车(plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,PHEV)逐渐走进人们的生活。车辆—电网模式(vehicle-to-grid,V2G)实现了交通系统与电能系统的连接。研究发现,大量PHEV的自主充电可能会加大原有负荷曲线的峰值,拉大峰谷差,不利于电网的经济运行。在此基础上,以分时电价为背景提出集中充电策略,根据该策略提出一种基于低谷填入思想的PHEV集中充电算法。以某市2020年预测数据为例进行仿真,结果表明所提策略对负荷的削峰填谷有显著效果。 Recently,plug-in hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV) comes into people's lives gradually.The Vehicle to Grid(V2G) mode achieves a linkage from transport system to power system.The study found that a large number of PHEVs' charging autonomously might increase the peak value of the original load curve,enlarge the difference between peak and valley load,and be not conducive to the economic operation of the grid.Based on those,this paper proposes a centralized charging strategy under the background of time-of-use price.According to the strategy,a novel algorithm,filling-in at valley,is proposed in this paper.Simulation has been carried out on a predicted practical case in 2020.The simulation results show that the proposed PHEV charging strategy can shift the load obviously.
