摘要
静脉留置针由于其具有减少穿刺痛苦,便于及时救治及提高工作效率等优势成为临床常用的护理技术。但由于留置针使用过程中堵管或静脉炎的发生影响了其有效使用。如何防治堵管的发生是护理人员需要解决的一个问题。本文从封管液体的选择、封管方法等方面综述近年来的进展,为临床工作提供参考。
Venous indwelling catheter can relieve puncture pain,help to timely rescue and elevate working efficiency,so it evolved to a common nursing technique in the clinical practice. But because of incidence of phlebitis and blocked tube,the catheter had to be removed. How to prevent it from blocked and phlebitis is a important problem needed to be solved. From aspect of flush liquid choice and sealing ways,we review the progress to provide reference for clinical practice.
