摘要
废玻璃排放量非常大,其再利用可以节约资源、降低能耗和减少污染.将废玻璃用于生产水泥混凝土是废玻璃再利用重要手段之一,发达国家已开展过大量相关研究,并取得可用于实践的研究成果,而中国这方面的研究较滞后,随着中国经济的快速发展,开发适用于中国的废玻璃水泥混凝土技术是必由之路.本文回顾与概括了废玻璃水泥混凝土主要研究内容与成果,认为废玻璃能以粉料、细骨料和粗骨料三种形式掺入混凝土中,一定细度的玻璃粉不会产生碱骨料反应(ASR)膨胀危害,其应用最为安全,其它两种形式通过采取抑制ASR措施也可以安全使用.
The recycling and reuse of waste glasses can contribute to the conservation of natural resources,reduction of energy consumption and avoidance of contaminations.A lot of research has been carried out to investigate the utilization of waste glasses in concrete worldwide and great progress has been made on practical applications of waste glasses in concrete.With rapid economical development,in particular the enormous development of construction industry in China,more and more waste glasses are produced.Therefore the exploration of reuse of waste glasses in China needs to be fully considered.This paper reviews the current research work on the potential utilization of waste glass in concrete and mortar as grounding powder,fine and coarse aggregates,and presents concerns of ASR and recommends effective measures for safe use of waste glasses.
