摘要
该文从分析飞灰磨损的原因和位置出发,讨论了国内锅炉普遍采用的防磨罩、阻流板和防磨涂料等防磨措施。在此基础上,针对影响飞灰磨损的最主要因素──烟气速度,介绍了以冷态空气速度场测试技术为基础,应用计算流体力学结果进行分析的治理磨损的新方案。
Begining from analyzing the reasons and positions of fly ash erosion, this paper describes the general control methods of fly ash erosion such as tube shields, plate baffles and wearing paints etc. applied by most boilers in domestic power stations. Besides, a new method for control of fly ash erosion has been presented according to analyzing results from computer fluid mechanics based on cold air velocity test (CAVT) subject to its paying special attention to the factorgas flow velocity which influences fly ash erosion utmost.
