摘要
目的分析食管癌切除术后对胃排空障碍的认识,早期如何明确诊断,改进治疗效果。方法对2007年1月至2010年1月收治的12例食管癌术后胃排空障碍的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 10例功能性胃排空障碍患者全部经保守治愈2,例机械性胃排空障碍患者经手术治愈。结论胃排空障碍是食管癌术后常见的并发症,进展快,危害大,正确的诊断功能性或机械性是治疗此类并发症的重点。
Objective To analyze the delayed gastric emptying after esophagectomy for pa-tients for the understanding of how early diagnosis,improved treatmen results.Methods The hospital in January 2007 ～ January 2010 totally 12 cases were treated delayed gastric emptying after esophage-ctomy clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results 10 patients with delayed gastric emptying all patients were cured by conservative,two cases of mechanical cure the patients with delayed gastric emptying.Conclusion The delayed gastric emptying is a common postoperative complication,with rapid,major hazards,the correct diagnosis of functional or mechanical is key for treatment of such complications.
