摘要
香樟种皮较硬,其种子发芽率相对较低,幼苗生长不整齐。试验研究了生长调节剂浸种对香樟种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,经不同浓度赤霉素浸种的香樟种子的发芽率和幼苗生长整齐度明显提高,且当其浓度为200 mg/L时,作用最为明显;萘乙酸的作用相对较小。
As camphor seed coat is hard and the germination rate is relatively low,in present study plant growth regulator was used to improve germination.The result shows that with different concentrations of camphor,gibberellin seed germination rate and uniformity significantly increased,and with the concentration of 200 mg/L,the effect is most obvious.At the same time,a relatively poor role of NAA was noticed.
