摘要
目的探讨暨南大学5年来招收境内、境外医学本科生对妇产科学理论知识掌握的差异,为改进教学方法,提高教学质量提供建议。方法选取我校2005—2009年度境内、外医学本科生的妇产科学期末考核成绩进行统计分析,比较两者在总成绩及不同题型成绩的差异。结果境内生总分优于境外生(P<0.01);境内生问答题得分虽高于境外生,但无统计学差异(P>0.05),其他题型的成绩境内生也高于境外生,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论境内生对妇产科理论知识的掌握优于境外学生;加强境外学生的汉语学习,改善学习方法,加强课堂外的管理,对提高妇产科成绩有益;教师要选择合适教材,改变教学方法。
Objective The discussion on difference of gynemetrics results between the domestic and overseas medical undergraduates in Jinan University in the past five years,is to provide suggestions for the improvement of teaching methods and the advancement of teaching quality.Methods the terminal gynemetrics results of domestic and overseas medical undergraduates in 2005-2009 ware selected to carry on the statistical analysis,and then differences both in total points and different topic results of gynemetrics were studied.Results The total points of domestic medical undergraduates were better than those of overseas(P0.01).Although the results of essay question of the domestic were also higher than those of the overseas,there was no statistics difference(P0.05);and the results of other topics of the domestic were also higher than those of overseas(P0.05).Conclusion ①The domestic undergraduates'mastering of theoretical knowledge in gynemetrics is superior to that of the overseas.②To strengthen Chinese studying,improve learning manner and habits,and reinforce the management outside the classroom will contribute to the performance improvement in gynemetrics for the overseas.③Teachers should choose appropriate teaching materials,and select suitable teaching methods.
