摘要
以烟草花叶病毒(TMV)为模板,在溶液中进行纳米金的生长,制备得到一维TMV-纳米金复合材料。将TMV-纳米金复合材料以其悬浮液的形式加入肯塔基参比卷烟的滤嘴中,以吸烟机对其进行CO释放量的检测,结果表明,在TMV-纳米金复合材料添加量很低的情况下(约0.25mg/支),即可降低20.40%的卷烟CO释放量,透射电镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱、热重分析表征结果表明,TMV模板可对纳米金进行有效的粒径控制和高效负载,这也是TMV-纳米金复合材料在添加量很低的情况下即可有效降低卷烟CO释放量的原因所在。
Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) were used as templates to prepare one dimensional Au nanomaterials, which were added to the cigarette filters to investigate its influence on carbon monoxide(CO) in cigarette smoke. According to the smoking machine test results, 20. 40% CO in cigarette smoke was removed when the content of TMV-Au nanocomposites in cigarette filters was as low as about 0. 25mg/cigarette. Transmission electron microscope, UV-Vis absorption spectra and thermogravimetric characterization results showed that TMV could validly control the size of Au nanocrystals and support them efficiently, which made TMV-Au nanocomposite an excellent catalyst for CO in cigarette smoke.
