摘要
研究了硫酸铵-丁二酮肟-溴化十六烷基三甲基铵体系萃取浮选镍Ⅱ的行为。结果表明,控制pH6.0,在1.0 g(NH4)2SO4存在下,当5.0×10-3mol/L丁二酮肟(DMG)溶液用量为1.00mL,0.01 mol/L溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)溶液的用量为1.50 mL时,Ni2+与DMG生成的丁二酮肟镍[Ni(DMG)2]螯合物沉淀,可被萃取浮选至溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)形成的泡沫相上,形成界面清晰的两相,从而使Ni2+被定量萃取浮选,而K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+、Mn2+、Cu2+、Cd2+等离子在此条件下不被萃取浮选,实现了Ni2+与这些离子的分离,据此建立了萃取浮选分离镍(的新方法。该方法对合成水样中微量Ni2+进行的定量萃取浮选分离,萃取浮选率为95.2%~103.4%。
The extraction flotation behaviour of nickelⅡ by ammonium sulfate-dimethylglyoxime-cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide system was studied.The results showed that,in the presence of 1.0 g of(NH4)2SO4,when the adding dosage of 5.0×10-3 mol/L dimethylglyoxime(DMG) solution was 1.00 mL and 0.01 mol/L cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB) solution was 1.50 mL,respectively,the chelate precipitates of nickel dimethylglyoxime [Ni(DMG)2] formed by Ni2+ and DMG was extracted and floated to CTMAB forth phase to form two phases with clear interface.Thereby,Ni2+ was extracted and floated quantitatively by contolling pH6.0.In this condition,K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Cd2+ could not be extracted and floated.Therefore,the quantitative separation of Ni2+ from the above metal ions could be achieved and herehy,a new method for extraction flotation separation of Ni2+ was established.The proposed method has been used for the extraction flotation separation of trace Ni2+ in the sample of synthetic water with the extraction flotation yield of 95.2%-103.4%.
