摘要
研究针对大兴安岭地区北极狐增食欲素基因结构特征进行分析并且通过PCR-SSCP方法寻找影响北极狐生产性能的增食欲素基因外显子突变位点。数据利用SignalP 3.0 Server、ClustalX1.83、Mega4.0、Promoter predictions、TMHM2.0、ProtComp-v6.0等生物学软件和SPSS13.0软件完成分析,结果北极狐与狗的遗传距离是最近,增食欲素它可能是一个分泌蛋白,具有一个信号肽的序列的可能性很大,而在增食欲素基因外显子中没有发现多态。
In this study, arctic foxes Daxinganling region orexin gene structure features were analyzed through PCR-SSCP method to find the impact performance of arctic foxes orexin gene exon mutations. Data using SignalP 3.0 Server, ClustalX1.83, Mega4.0, Promoter predictions, TMHM2.0, ProtComp-v6.0 software and SPSS13.0 software such as biology to complete the analysis, the results of arctic foxes and dogs genetic distance was the latest, by orexin it might be a secreted protein with a signal peptide sequence was considerable, and orexin gene exon existed in many states, however, between genotypes no significant differences in type.
