摘要
目的评估CA125在卵巢上皮癌诊断、治疗效果及预后中的意义。方法回顾分析妇产科卵巢上皮癌住院患者50例,给予手术和联合化疗治疗,比较治疗前及治疗后血清CA125的水平。结果卵巢上皮癌组手术治疗前CA125(123.0±122.5)U/mL,治疗后(77.6±28.7)U/mL,二者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后CA125表达阳性率比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者血清CA125的水平对卵巢癌有一定辅助鉴别诊断的意义,对卵巢癌手术疗效及预后监测有较大临床价值。
Objective To examine serum CA125 level in epithelial ovarian cancer patients,and to evaluate the role of CA125 in diagnosis,outcome evaluation,and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods Epithelial ovarian cancer patients hospitalized（n=50） were retrospectively reviewed,receiving surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy.Serum CA125 levels were examined before and after the treatment.Results The serum CA125 level in epithelial ovarian cancer patients was 123.0±122.5 U/mL before surgery and 77.6±28.7 U/mL postoperatively,showing a significant difference（P0.05） between the two time points.CA 125 concentration positive level also showed a significant difference（P0.05） between the two time points.Conclusion Serum CA125 level in ovarian cancer and other gynecological malignancies was helpful for the differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer,in addition to the evaluation of surgical outcomes and the monitoring of prognosis.
