摘要
论述了水利水电工程移民档案的主要作用、移民档案管理要求、移民档案分类以及移民档案归档应具备的条件。针对移民档案工作中存在的错过档案收集的最佳时机、各移民部门和职能部门职责不清、档案收集不齐全、整理不规范以及保管条件不达标等问题,提出了加强移民档案管理工作的保障措施,对今后开展水利水电工程移民档案管理具有借鉴作用。
We study the main function,management requirement,classification and filing of resettlement archives of water conservancy and hydropower engineering.Aiming at the problems of missing the opportunity of archives collection,confusion of duties and responsibilities of different departments and,uncompleted archives collecting,irregular sorting out and substandard depositary condition,we present the measures for strengthening resettlement archives management,which could give support for resettlement archives management.
