沥青基块体炭材料导热系数模型的建立 被引量:2

摘要 基于不同工艺制备的沥青基块体炭材料导热系数的文献值,分析了石墨化度和密度对其室温导热系数的影响,并由此建立了石墨化度、表观密度和导热系数之间关系的数学模型,以便更好地指导新的研究工作。进一步验证了所建立模型的可靠性,结果表明,沥青基块体炭材料的导热系数随其表观密度和石墨化度的增加而不断增大,尤其是当石墨化度和密度都较高时,导热系数急剧增大。经试验结果的检验与修正,得到数学模型为Y=2.14.78X_1^(0.841)·X_2^(1.691)+27.43,其预测值与实验结果误差小于5%,显示出较好的一致性。 Based on of a large quantity of data on thermal conductivity of the pitch-based carbon block from the literatures, the effect of density and the degree of graphite on the thermal conductivity at room temperature is studied, the relationship between them can be expressed in the mathematical model. The reliability of the model is established by the experiments. The results show that the degree of graphitization and density have a marked effect on the thermal conductivity of pitch-based carbon block at room temperature, especially when the degree of graphitization and density is high. The mathematical model is established and modified by the experimental data. The errors between the accuracy of calculation of the model and the experimental data is less than 5%, so the results agree well with experimental ones.
