摘要
目的:探讨一种应用扩张的额部复合皮瓣预制进行鼻再造的手术方法。方法:2008年7月～2010年1月,对7例鼻缺损患者分四期行鼻再造术。一期:埋植额部扩张器,同时额部皮下移植自体软骨,额肌深面中厚植皮;二期:取扩张器,行额部扩张复合皮瓣转移鼻再造术;三期断蒂;四期修整。结果:7例患者手术后随访6～12个月,手术均取得较好的效果。结论:扩张的额部复合皮瓣预制法鼻再造术为修复鼻全层缺损提供了一种新的术式选择。
Objectives To investigate an application of the expanded prelaminated composite forehead flap in nasal reconstruction.Methods From July 2008 to January 2010,seven cases of nasal defects underwent the four stages nasal reconstruction.Stage 1： Tissue expander implantation underneath epicranial aponeurosis with autologous cartilage transplantation in subcutaneous layer and skingrafting between the expander and frontal muscle.Stage 2： Nasal reconstruction by means of elevating of the expanded prelaminated composite forehead flap.Stage 3： Pedicle transection.Stage 4： Revision.Results After 6～12 months follow-up,aesthetic results of the reconstructive noses were obtained.Conclusions Expanded prelaminated composite forehead flap is an alternative choice for reconstruction of total-layer nasal defect.
