摘要
交流伺服电动机驱动液压泵系统具备节能高效的特性,越来越广泛使用于注塑机。研究了交流伺服电动机与六种不同类型的泵组合的动力驱动源的性能特点及应用范围;研究了交流伺服电动机驱动液压泵系统与整机性能设计之间的特点;研究了交流伺服电动机驱动液压泵系统与三相交流异步电动机驱动液压泵系统之间的注射性能的不同点。根据交流伺服电动机是一个多变量、强耦合、非线性、变参数的特点,开发现代非线性控制方法应用于注塑机上的研究,是提高注射成型控制性能的迫切需要解决的课题。根据注射成形特点,开发交流伺服控制器的控制性能。举例说明了交流伺服电动机驱动液压泵系统设计应用及需注意的问题。
