摘要
我国茶叶种植与饮茶起源久远,有丰富多彩的茶文化与茶类地理标志资源。从地理标志产品、地理标志商标、农产品地理标志等方面介绍了我国茶叶的地理标志知识产权保护概况,并分析了茶叶的传统技艺类非物质文化遗产保护,建议保护与传承茶叶传统制作技艺,加强茶叶非物质文化遗产中的传统技艺资料挖掘整理研究。
Tea is the product of designations of origin or geographical indication in China. There are a lot of the geographical indications resources about tea in China. The present protection situation of tea geographical indications were introduced from geographical indication products, geographical indication brand, agrieultral product geographical indication, etc., and the intangible cultural heritage of the tea traditional techniques were analyzed.It was suggested that the traditional art of tea making should be protected and handed down, and it was important to strengthen data collection and study of traditional technique in the intangible cuhrral heritage.
