摘要
射流曝气提高了系统的氧利用效率及传质效率。通过逐渐提高进水的容积负荷来考察系统的处理效果,试验表明,利用射流曝气MBR处理模拟啤酒废水是可行的,系统对COD、氨氮、浊度平均去除率为95.74%,97.84%,99.5%。由于系统运行期间不排泥,因此系统对PO43-的去除效果不佳,平均去除率为42.9%。膜对COD及氨氮的去除率分别为9.43%~13.59%和3.08%~14.67%。
Jet - aeration improves the efficiency of oxygen utilization and mass transfer. The removal of pollutants are studied by gradually increasing the volume load. The results indicate that brewery wastewater can be treated in a jet - aeration membrane bioreaetor, and the average removal rate of COD, NH4 + - N and turbidity is 95.74%, 97.84 % and 99.5 % respectively. In the condition of no sludge discharge during operation, the removal rate of PO4 3- is low and the average removal efficiency is 42.9%. The removal of COD and ammonia nitrogon by membrane itsdf is 9.43% - 13.59% and 3.08% - 14.67% respectively.
