起动机性能测试的智能PID控制 被引量:5

摘要 针对起动机性能测试,设计一种智能PID控制器,它根据不同控制状态采取不同控制策略,将PID控制与Fuzy推理控制相结合,在线自动整定PID参数,提高了控制系统的适应能力和鲁棒性,改善了系统的动态品质.此外,还介绍了测试系统组成、参数校对技术.实际运行结果表明,该系统检测精度高,快速性能好,可靠性高,能稳定运行于复杂环境的电机生产线上. An intelligent PID controller for starter performance test is designed in this paper. Different controlling strategy is adopted in different state. PID algorithm and fuzzy inferences are combined to adjust PID parameters adaptively and on line. This approach exhibits more significant dynamic performance, robustness and better adaptability. The test system's composition and parameter collation technique are also described. The practical application shows that the system possesses characteristics of high precision, quickness and reliability, and it has been running steadily on the line of motor production.
