摘要
对Co2+-NaX催化苯乙烯氧气氧化进行实验研究,采用气相色谱-质谱联用确定其产物的组成。分别以不同产物为原料在该条件下进行催化氧化实验,确定了苯乙烯氧化平行-连串反应网络,即在该体系下苯乙烯氧化主要发生两类平行反应,一反应是苯乙烯环氧化为环氧苯乙烷;另一反应是苯乙烯氧化裂解生成苯甲醛和甲醛,苯甲醛能够部分氧化生成苯甲酸,而大部分甲醛则被深度氧化为CO2和H2O。并对苯乙烯氧气氧化反应机理进行探讨。
The reaction process of styrene oxidation with oxygen over the Co2+-NaX catalyst was studied and the oxidation products were identified by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method.The parallel-consecutive reaction network was determined using different oxidation products with oxidation being realized at the same reaction conditions.Two parallel reactions were carried out as follows:one was the epoxidation of styrene to styrene oxide,and the other was the oxidative cleavage of styrene into benzaldehyde and formaldehyde,with benzaldehyde being partially oxidized to benzoic acid and formaldehyde being mostly oxidized to CO2 and H2O.The mechanism for styrene oxidation by oxygen over the Co2+-NaX catalyst was discussed.
