摘要
试验在同一种植管理水平条件下,对湖北茶树主要栽培品种中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn8种元素含量进行研究。结果表明,鄂茶1号中N、P、Zn含量显著高于其他品种,槠叶齐中K、Fe含量最高,乌牛早中Ca含量最高,鄂茶1号和福鼎大白茶中Mg含量相同且为最高,福鼎大白茶中Mn含量最高;Fe、Mn、Zn这3种元素含量变异系数较大。元素含量间的相关分析表明,N与P、Ca、Zn元素具有极显著相关关系;N与Mn、P与Zn、Ca与Fe、Fe与Zn元素具有显著相关关系。
The contents of 8 mineral elements(N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn) in main tea cultivars from Hubei were studied under the same management. The results showed that contents of N, P, Zn in the leaves of E'Cha No.1 were significantly higher than other cultivars. The highest were the contents of K and Fe in Zhuyeqi, Ca in Wuniuzao, Mg in E'Cha No.1 and Fuding Dabaicha, Mn in Fuding Dabaicha. The variation coefficients of Fe, Mn and Zn had a great range. The correlation analysis of mineral elements’ contents revealed that there was very significant correlation between N and P, Ca and Zn. The significant correlations between N and Mn, P and Zn, Ca and Fe, Fe and Zn were also observed.
