掺铒铬钇钪镓石榴石激光在深龋治疗中的应用

摘要 深龋发展到牙本质深层,牙髓很容易受到外界刺激,包括物理、化学、温度和龋坏牙本质的细菌及其代谢产物等均可导致牙髓激惹。因此,在深龋去腐备洞过程中应将保护牙髓放在首位,尽可能减少刺激,避免对牙髓造成新的损伤。目前深龋治疗去除龋坏组织主要采用高速涡轮牙钻和慢速手机磨除.治疗过程中牙本质小管被切割引起的酸痛感.
