摘要
目的探讨护士处理慢性伤口的风险因素、管理对策及其效果,保障伤口护理质量和患者的安全,为换药室护士提供一个安全、和谐的工作环境。方法选择2009年7月—2010年6月在门诊接受治疗的慢性伤口患者700例,制定风险管理目标,从完善制度入手,规范操作流程,以患者安全为目标,做好全程风险管理。结果患者伤口的愈合率及对治疗效果、护士操作、服务态度、治疗环境的满意率均较以往提高(P<0.01),护理差错缺陷率较以往明显减少。结论风险管理不但提高了伤口护理质量,确保了患者安全,也为医院赢得了良好形象。
Objective To explore effects and strategies of risk management for chronic wound treatment and to provide safe and quality nursing for patients and a harmonious working environment for nurses.Methods In accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,700 cases of patients with chronic wounds from July 2009 to June 2010 were chosen as experiment group.Measures were taken for management of the nursing principles,flow sheet and process as well as environmental surveillance.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group（before the performance） in the aspects of wound healing rate and patient＇s satisfaction（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Risk management not only improves the quality of wound care,ensures patient safety,but also establishes a good image and market share for the hospital.
