摘要
近期国内兴起的沿海地区生态城市规划实践中以大事件、具有政治影响力的生态城建设最为突出。由于滨海地区生态问题敏感而复杂,在这类地区进行新城建设时,如何寻求植根于当地的、经济能力可承受的生态化规划设计途径,就成为了规划师们共同面临的问题。在当前全球气候与能源变化背景下,针对该类地区共性特征,提出了"金字塔形"的生态化规划设计框架。并结合上虞滨海新城规划实践,对其生态化规划设计策略进行了系统的构建与分析。
The construction of eco-cities,which is considered big events with huge political influence,has been highlighted in the coastal city eco-planning practices all over China.Due to the sensitivity and complexity of ecological issues in coastal areas,how to find out an affordable eco-planning approach which has enough respect to local conditions has become a common issue faced by urban planners.This article proposes a pyramid-shape framework for eco-planning based on characteristics of those areas,considering the background of global climate change and energy issues.It also studies the formation of eco-planning strategies in a systematical way combining with the planning practice in Shangyu Binhai New City.
