非离子表面活性剂囊泡作为眼用制剂载体的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 由非离子表面活性剂在溶液中自发形成的囊泡结构是继脂质体后具有更多优良特性的药物载体。眼部给药的特殊性和局限性使得有必要开发新型给药系统,而非离子表面活性剂囊泡作为一种新型眼用药物载体,可以改善传统眼部给药的诸多问题,在眼部给药中显示出了广阔的应用前景。查阅国内外文献,本文简要综述了囊泡的性质及其作为药物载体在眼用制剂中的特点、评价和应用等。
