摘要
研制了高比能量锂/硫原电池,电池型号为14335。利用热处理法制得碳硫复合正极材料,锂片为负极,使用LiClO4/(PC+DME+DOL)为电解液,制备锂/硫原电池。通过XRD(X射线衍射),TG(热重分析),BET,TEM(透射电子显微镜),SEM(扫描电镜仪)观察碳硫复合物相结构与形貌特点,并在不同电流与不同温度条件下进行放电性能测试。结果表明,当电流大小为1.08 mA(电流密度为0.01 mA/cm2)时,在一定温度范围内,高温性能较低温时好。
A novel battery of lithium/sulfur battery was synthesized by carbon-sulfur composite and lithium in this experiment.The carbon-sulfur composite was synthesized by heating element sulfur and carbon.The electrolyte was LiClO4/PC+DME+DOL.The structure and morphology were characterized by XRD,TG,BET,TEM,and SEM.The electrochemical performance was characterized by discharge experiment at different currents and different temperatures.The result indicates that the electrochemical performance in higher temperature is better when the discharge current is 1.08 mA(current density is 0.1 mA/cm2) in a certain range of temperature.
