胸腔镜与开胸术在脓胸廓清术治疗中的比较分析 被引量：7

摘要 近年来，随着结核病发病率的回升、道路交通事故的增加，结核、感染、外伤等所致的胸膜腔感染逐渐增多，如果在急性期处理不当，极易转变为慢性脓胸。根据传统治疗，急性期先予胸腔引流、冲洗、抗生素或抗结核治疗，如转为慢性脓胸，则开胸行胸膜纤维板剥脱术。胸腔镜技术的发展，为尽早干预脓胸治疗提供了技术保障。在胸腔镜下行胸膜腔廓清术，创伤小、疗效确切，临床价值得到广泛认可。我科于2003年1月-2009年9月收治39例脓胸患者，评价胸腔镜手术在脓胸治疗中的价值，现报道如下。
