摘要
目的:比较种植机钻磨法与凿骨劈冠法拔除下颌阻生智齿的效果。方法:330例下颌中、低位阻生智齿患者随机分为两组,实验组160例选用种植机钻磨法拔除下颌阻生智齿,对照组170例采用传统凿骨劈冠法拔除。观察、比较两种拔除方法的手术时间、术中感受及术后并发症。结果:应用种植机钻磨法可明显缩短手术时间、减轻患者痛苦、降低术后疼痛、肿胀、张口受限、干槽症的发生、舌侧骨板折裂情况,与对照组相比有高度显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:和齿骨劈冠法相比,种植机钻磨法拔除下颌阻生智齿有较大的优越性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To compare effects of planter turbine drill and traditional chisel technique on removal of impacted mandibular third molars.Methords：Three hundred and thirey cases with impacted third molars of middle or low site were randomly assigned to two groups：test group including 160 cases received treatment of planter turbine drill;control group including 170 cases received treatment of traditional chisel technique.The duration of extraction and discomfort of the patients,and post-operational complications were determined and analyzed.Results：The test group had shorter duration of extraction,less discomfort,and less post-operational complications such as ache,swelling,limited opening of mouth,than those of the control group.Occurrences of dry socket and fracture of lingual alveolar bone were lower than the control（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion：The planter turbine drill has a superiority for application on extraction of impacted third molars compared with traditional chisel technique.
