摘要
文章介绍利益相关者理论及其在图书馆管理中的运用,并以利益相关者理论为基础,列举图书馆的九类利益相关者,提出图书馆社会合作的概念,重点分析了图书馆社会合作的三种层级及其关系管理。最后,提出图书馆社会合作的六项原则和五点发展思路。
This paper introduces Stakeholder Theory and its application on library management. Based on Stakeholder Theory, the paper lists nine types of library stakeholders, presents the notion of library -society cooperation, and focuses on cooperation＇s three hierarchies and their relation management. In the end, six principles and five ideas for development concerning the library society cooperation are put forward.
