摘要
建立了激光热处理工艺的理论能耗计算公式,并以激光相变强化为例,用CO2激光器对30CrMnSiA钢进行热处理,激光功率1.55kW,扫描速度12mm/s,光斑直径10mm,可以使材料的平均疲劳寿命提高40%,CO2激光器的电光转化效率为26%,材料对激光的吸收效率为0.94。经计算,激光热处理能耗仅为传统热处理能耗的2.6%~15.6%。而一系列的研究也表明,经过激光热处理后材料的使用性能及寿命得到了显著的提高。
The theoretical formula for calculating energy consumption of the laser heat treatment was established, and laser transformation hardening as an example, having the heat treatment on 30CrMnSiA steel by using CO2 laser, laser power 1.55 kW, scanning speed 12 mm/s, spot diameter of 10 mm, can increase the average fatigue life of the material by 40%, the electro-optical conversion efficiency of CO2 laser is 26%, the laser absorption rate is 0.94.According to calculation, the energy consumption of laser heat treatment is 2.6%-15.6% of the traditional one.And the series of studies have shown that the performance and service life of the materials by laser heat treatment have been significantly improved.
