摘要
辐爪状弹性地轮在沙漠、松软地面和水田沼泽地上行走时具有良好的力学性能,并且具有结构简单、工作可靠、维修方便等特点,在小动力农机具及越野车辆上具有良好的应用前景.阐述了弹性地轮的系列形成及结构特点,并对弹性地轮的行走阻力进行了理论分析,得到了减小地轮行走阻力的方法以及行走阻力的极小值R_(x min)和取得极值的条件,为弹性地轮的推广应用提供了参考依据.
The spring spoke-pawl ground wheel has the characteristics of structural simplicity,working reliability,convenience of repair and good mechanical properties when driven on the loose fields such as desert,marshland and paddy field.It has a good prospect in small power farm machinery and off-road vehicles.In this paper,the series formation,structures and the moving resistance of the ground wheel were introduced and theoretically analyzed.The minimal value R_(x min) as well as the conditions and methods for reducing moving resistance were obtained,which can provide a basis for future application of the spring ground wheel.
