深水井筒气液两相流传热规律实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on heat transfer regularity of gas-fluid two-phase flow in deep-water borehole

摘要 根据深水油气开发中面临的低温及复杂第3类边界条件特点,设计并建立了模拟深水油气传热实验系统,进行了大量室内实验,得到深水低温第3类边界条件下的对流换热关系式及气液流量对气液两相流各流型传热的影响,结果表明:层流下所得关系式与常温简单边界条件下的对流换热关系式相差较大,紊流时基本一致;在泡状流、段塞流和环状流下液相流量是影响传热的主要因素,而搅拌流下气液两相流量对传热影响都很小。研究结果为海洋深水油气开采工艺参数设计提供依据。 In light of such characteristics in deep-water hydrocarbon recovery as low temperature and complex tertiary boundary condition,modeling test system for deep-water hydrocarbon heat transfer was designed and set up,and abundant laboratory experiments were subsequently conducted.On the basis of these experiments,convection heat transfer relational expression was derived,which is available for deep-water,low temperature and tertiary boundary condition.And the influence of gas-fluid flow rate on heat transfer of both gas and fluid phase flow was also discovered.The result demonstrated that the convection heat transfer relational expression derived under laminar flow condition is vastly different from that under atmospheric temperature and simple boundary condition,but roughly accordant under turbulent flow.Furthermore,fluid phase flow rate is the key factor that influences heat trasfer under bubble flow,slug flow and annular flow,but neither gas phase flow rate nor fluid phase flow rate influences much under agitation flow.Such finding hepls to design technical parameters for offshore deep-water hydrocarbon recovery.
