降钙素原和C-反应蛋白在感染性疾病诊断中的作用 被引量：13

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)测定在感染性疾病诊断中的作用。方法将150例观察对象分为细菌感染组、非细菌感染组、对照组,感染组又分为全身感染组及局部感染组,分别采用ELISA法及免疫散射比浊法测定患者血清PCT和CRP水平。结果 PCT分别取0.5 ng/ml和2 ng/ml为阈值、CRP取5 mg/L为阈值时,皆可预测感染的发生,感染组PCT和CRP水平均高于对照组(P值均小于0.05)。CRP水平在全身感染与局部感染组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);全身感染组PCT水平高于局部感染组(P<0.05)。不同感染组间CRP水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而细菌感染组与非细菌感染组间PCT水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCT和CRP测定均可用于感染性疾病的辅助诊断,CRP的敏感性较高,而PCT的特异性较高,PCT可较好地区分全身感染与局部感染、细菌感染与非细菌感染。
