3D CE MRA评估周围动脉狭窄的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对比三维增强磁共振血管成像(3D CE MRA)与数字减影血管造影(DSA)在对模型动物血管狭窄评估中准确性与一致性。方法选用健康杂种犬20条,建立股动脉狭窄模型,制成不规则狭窄血管40段及闭塞血管20段,采用3D DCE MRA和DSA分别对狭窄模型血管进行检查,在两种方法获得的图像上分别测量并计算靶血管狭窄或闭塞长度及狭窄程度,对两组结果进行比较分析。结果 3D CE MRA测得动脉狭窄模型的狭窄程度较DSA略高,且重度狭窄(狭窄程度≥70%)更为明显;3D CE MRA对狭窄血管的狭窄程度与DSA相比有一定的差异(配对t检验,t=2.856;0.05>P>0.01,但按临床分级方法进行统计,3D CE MRA与DSA对重度血管狭窄的评估具有较好一致性;3DDCE MRA测得的狭窄长度及闭塞位置与DSA测得的值相比二者无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 3D CE MRA对重度血管狭窄的判定能够满足临床要求,对血管狭窄长度和血管闭塞位置的判定准确可靠,其结果与DSA无明显差异。 Objective To compare 3D CE MAR(Three dimensional dyna mic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography) with DSA(Digital subtract ed angiography) inassessing vascular stenosis of animal model.Methods Experiment models with Stenotic femoral arteries were e stablished in 20 canine with 40 stenosis and 20 occlusion.Stenotic and occlus ive vessles were examinated by means of 3D DCE MRA and DSA.And the degree and le ngth of target stenotic vessles were measured respectively.The results of 3D DCE MRA were compared with the findings on DSA.Results The degree of stenosis measured by 3D DCE MRA was highe r than that of DSA,especially for severe stenosis.There was a little diference b etween the degree of stenosis measured by 3D CE MRA and DSA(0.05〉P〉0.01),however,as taking clinical classification of the stenostic degree as standard,there was well coherence between them.Also,3D CE MRA has no significant differen ce with DSA on the stenosis length and occlusive measurements(P〉0.05).Conclusion 3D CE MRA can satisfy the need of the clinic in asse ssing artery severe stenosis.And 3D CE MRA is accurate and reliable for determin ation of the length of stenosis and the location of occlusion.There is no signif icant difference between 3D CE MRA and DSA.
