摘要
本文共制备两种吸水树脂:一种以丙烯酸(AA)为单体,采用过硫酸钾(KSP),硝酸铈铵(CAN)为复合引发剂,N-N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,加入羧甲基纤维素(CMC)接枝共聚制备纤维素类吸水树脂;另一种则用相同浓度的单体,引发剂,交联剂,反应条件下制备聚丙烯酸类吸水树脂。通过对两种吸水树脂吸附重金属离子如Na+、Li+、Ca2+、Zn2+、Co2+、Fe3+溶液,以及对尿素的吸附能力,吸水速率,保水能力的测试比较,结果表明:在相同的反应条件下纤维素类吸水树脂对离子的吸附能力强于聚丙烯酸类吸水树脂。
In this paper,two kinds of super absorbent resins are prepared : using acrylic acid(AA) as monomer,potassium persulfate(KSP) and ceric ammonium nitrate(CAN)as compound initiators,N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA) as crosslinking agent,the type of cellulose super absorbent resins was synthesized through adding carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC);while the type of polyacrylic acid super absorbent was synthesized at the same rates of monomer,compound initiators and crosslinking agent.The adsorption capacity of heavy metal ions as Na+、Li+、Ca2+、Zn2+、Co2+、Fe3+,adsorption capacity of urea solution,water absorption rate,water retaining capacity were studied.The results showed that the heavy metal ions adsorption capacity of cellulose super absorbent resins is better than polyacrylic acidsuper absorbent resins under the same reaction conditions.
