摘要
目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌在医院感染中的地位,以及该菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法鲍曼不动杆菌的鉴定和药敏采用法国生物梅里埃公司的VITEK-32系统进行检测。结果 28株鲍曼不动杆菌是医院感染的重要致病菌,在呼吸道感染标本中仅次于铜绿假单胞菌。临床常用的抗生素敏感性较好的是亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢哌酮-舒巴坦、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星等其敏感率分别为92.9%(26/28)、92.9%(26/28)、57.1%(16/28)、53.6%(15/28)5、0%(14/28)、46.4%(13/28)。结论本地区医院感染的病原菌中鲍曼不动杆菌占有非常重要的地位,在抗感染治疗中,亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢哌酮-舒巴坦、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星等仍是较好的选择。
Objective To get a comprehensive understanding of the role of Acinetobacter baumannii in the nosocomial infections and study its drug-resistance to common antibiotics. Methods Biomerieux' s VITEK-32 system is used to identify Acinetobacter baumannii and its drug susceptibility. Results Twenty strains Acinetobacter baumannii were the main bacterial pathogens to cause infection, and were just below Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the respiratory infection samples. These 28 strains Acinetobacter baumannii were relatively susceptible to the common antibiotics, such as imipenem, meropenem, eefoperazone-sulbactam, piperacillin-tazobactam, amikacin, levofloxacin, etc, with a susceptible rate of 92.9% ( 26/28 ), 92.9% ( 26/28 ), 57.1% ( 16/28 ), 53.6% ( 15/28 ) ,50% ( 14/28 ) and 46.4% ( 13/28 ), respectively. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii is one of the most im- portant pathogenic bacteria isolated from the infected samples in local hospital. Imipenem, meropenem, cefoperazone-sulbactam, piperacillin-tazobactam, amikacin and levofloxacin are still sensitive for the hospital infections.
