摘要
从分析成人教育人才培养目标及实验教学管理体制出发,阐述了成人教育院校实施多元化实验教学模式的必要性,提出多元化实验教学模式的实施策略为:制定多层次的实验教学内容、开展多样化的实验教学模式、构建全方位的实验教学体系。
The author tries to explore the diversified experimental instruction in the perspectives of teaching objectives and management system. Strategies are considered in terms of multi-tiered instructional contents, varied experimental teaching model and system.
