摘要
目的对开放式留陪抑郁症患者家属的情绪进行调查分析。方法对云南省楚雄州第二人民医院2008—2010年住院治疗的60名留陪抑郁症患者家属以随机自愿原则进行抽样调查。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自制问卷进行逐人评定。结果有焦虑症状40人,占66.7%;情绪低落32人,占53.3%;悲观失望24人,占39.9%,其他(失眠,易怒,烦躁不安)8人,占13.3%。结论开放式留陪抑郁症患者家属负性情绪发生率较高,焦虑及情绪低落较明显。为减轻留陪家属的心理压力,矫治负性情绪,提升心理健康水平,帮助患者早日康复,针对性进行综合性心理疏导非常必要。
[Objective]To investigate and analyze the emotion of family caregivers of patients with depression in open management.[Methods]60 family caregivers of patients with depression in the Second People＇s Hospital of Chuxiong in Yunnan province during 2008-2010 were randomly investigated with voluntary principle.The self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-designed questionnaire were adopted to evaluate.[Results]40（66.7%） people had anxiety symptoms,32（53.3%） had dejection,24（39.9%） had pessimism and disappointment,and 8（13.3%） had other symptom which included insomnia,testiness and dysphoria.[Conclusion]The incidence of negative emotion in family caregivers of patients with depression in open management was high,and the anxiety and dejection symptoms were obvious.In order to relieve the psychological stress of family caregivers,correct and cure the negative emotion,promote level of mental health and improve the early recovery of patients,it is necessary to carry out the comprehensive psychological counseling.
