摘要
目的探讨甘松不同提取成分对大鼠急性胃炎的预防作用,为临床用药提供依据。方法将W istar大鼠完全随机分成生理盐水组、甘松水提浸膏高剂量组、甘松水提浸膏高剂量加挥发油高剂量组、甘松水提浸膏高剂量与挥发油低剂量组、甘松水提浸膏低剂量与挥发油低剂量组及西咪替丁对照组,连续5天,1次/天灌胃给药,末次给药后90分钟,所有动物均灌胃予95%乙醇1 m l只/,观察各药物组预防乙醇所致大鼠急性胃炎及胃溃疡的作用。结果甘松水提浸膏高剂量组、甘松水提浸膏高剂量加挥发油高剂量组、甘松水提浸膏高剂量与挥发油低剂量组、甘松水提浸膏低剂量与挥发油低剂量组在减少胃炎发生方面优于生理盐水组及西咪替丁对照组,其构成比之间差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);甘松水提浸膏高剂量组、甘松水提浸膏高剂量加挥发油高剂量组、甘松水提浸膏高剂量与挥发油低剂量组的溃疡抑制率分别为37.11%、95.06%、78.38%,高于西咪替丁对照组(35.99%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘松不同提取成份组合给药对预防急性胃炎及抑制胃溃疡有明显的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of different extracted components of Nardostachys chinensis Batal in preventing acute gastritis and acute gastric ulcer of rats. Methods Wistar rats with acute gastritis and acute gastric ulcer,induced by alcohol,were divided into 6 groups ： the 0. 9% Sodium Chloride Physiological Solution group （ negative control group ） , the high-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction group,the high-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction and high-dose volatile oil group, the high-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction and low-dose volatile oil group, the low-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction and low- dose volatile oil group and the Cimetidine group （ positive control group ）. Herbal decoction was given to rats of the six groups by intra- gastric administration. Then we observed the inhibition effect of different administration methods for rats with acute gastritis and acute gastric ulcer. Results The inhibition ratio of the high-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction group,the high-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction and high-dose volatile oil group, the high-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction and low-dose volatile oil group and the low-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction and low-dose volatile oil group were significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The inhibition ratio of the high-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction group, the high-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction and high-dose volatile oil group and the high-dose Nardostachys chinensis Batal decoction and lowdose volatile oil group were significantly higher than that of the positive control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Extracts from Nardostachys chinensis Batal have good effect in inhibiting acute gastritis and acute gastric ulcer of rats.
